Samothraki Residence

Greece

2025

Located along the coastline of Samothraki, this residence was designed as a place for longevity, recovery, and social connection. The client envisioned a house that could support both personal restoration and gatherings with friends seeking time in nature.

The architecture opens toward the sea, allowing the landscape, light, and sound of the water to become part of the daily experience of the house. Generous social spaces form the heart of the project, with an open kitchen and shared living areas designed to host large gatherings and collective meals.

The residence integrates a comprehensive system of environmental control and health-supporting technologies. Smart home systems regulate light, temperature, and air quality, while dedicated wellness installations include cold immersion, advanced water filtration, and other longevity-oriented features.

Through this combination of spatial design, environmental integration, and technological support, the house operates as a social retreat where rest, recovery, and human connection are supported by the architecture itself.
